Job Description
As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier fresh food and beverages during our 24/7/365 operating hours. You will work closely with the Store Manager and department managers to achieve sales and profitability goals. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring seamless operations during overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock levels
- Train new team members and delegate tasks effectively
- Monitor and control cash handling procedures
- Enforce Loss Prevention policies and practices
- Stay up-to-date on new policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with leadership and team members
Requirements
