Job Description:
At Quicken, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our G&A leadership team. This critical role will lead the planning, forecasting, and analysis functions of the finance team and have a highly visible impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial planning processes, including annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year projections.
- Build and maintain complex financial models, analyze customer data, and provide insights to inform strategic planning and growth efforts.
- Partner with business leaders to measure performance against key metrics, identify risks, and opportunities for revenue and expense management.
- Manage reporting, create business dashboards, and deploy new analytics tools as the company grows.
- Oversee debt, interest, and cash forecasting, ensuring alignment with P&L management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with FP&A and BI/analytics tools like Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, and Quicksight.
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement and ability to drive change.
