Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and sustainable partnerships.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions, including temporary staffing, permanent placement, and other HR services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
