Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical testing.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs.
  
  

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, including an ohmmeter.
• Strong understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
