Responsibilities
- Manage commercial accounts, including renewals, quotes, and endorsements.
- Negotiate carrier coverage and costs for new and existing clients
- Support clients and producers by addressing inquiries and resolving coverage, billing, and audit issues
- Maintain and enhance client relationships through proactive communication and service
- Utilize agency management system (Applied TAM) to maintain accurate account records and policy data
- Identify and recommend additional coverage options to address client needs
- Stay up to date on industry trends to provide best solutions for clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve service and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent Personal Lines Account Management experience (preferably in small business accounts)
- High School diploma required. Undergraduate degree and/or professional certification preferred.
- Property & Casualty License required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and prior experience in Applied TAM would be preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
