Job Title: Warehouse Lead Associate
Reports to: Operations Manager/Supervisor
Position Summary: The Warehouse Lead will supervise and work alongside associates to ensure smooth operations and efficient
completion of daily activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Perform duties of the Warehouse Associate as needed
• Ensure staff is meeting or exceeding productivity standard
• Assign and direct the workflow and the movement of associates based on business needs
• Ensure all safety precautions and company policies/procedures are observed.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager on a routine basis, up to and including the following topics:
o Staffing Issues
o Potential issues with the service level agreements
o Ordering supplies in a timely manner
o Any other issues that may occur
• Address and elevate complaints and resolve minor problems with management assistance
• Report daily attendance of staff and document absences
• Ensure that processes for designated clients are accurate and meet the agreed upon service level agreement
• Randomly inspect condition of items, verify accurate count, note discrepancies, and ensure that PO’s, orders or packing
specifications are correct
• Assist in the training and development of Warehouse Associates
• Provide end of day reporting to Operations Manager
• Ensure the entire production area is kept clean and orderly on a daily basis
• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and paying attention to detail
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and scheduling requirements
• Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in the warehouse
• Basic knowledge of computers, data entry, and Microsoft Excel
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Moderate – Employee coaching and counseling with guidance of the Operations Manager/or Supervisor
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the
essential functions.
• Ability to perform varied and repetitive warehouse tasks during assigned shifts including standing, walking, bending or
stooping to ground level shelves, and reaching to upper shelves (some shelves will require using a ladder (8 feet)
• Regularly lift and/or move objects up to and including 50lbs.
• Regularly use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
• Ability to work in warehouse climate with temperature range of 55-80 degrees
