Position Description :
Security Clearance : TS / SCI
Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking an IT System Administrator with substantial Information Technology knowledge and a willingness to take on new challenges in various IT disciplines. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a DoD forensics network supporting U.S. Special Operations Command and other government agencies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team setting, with an interest in emerging technologies to expand capabilities.
Required Experience :
- System Administration : 2 years of systems administration experience.
- Desktop Support : Experience with IT support for devices / technologies including laptops, desktops, and printers. Ability to assist with the installation of computers, monitors, and UPS.
- Linux System Administration (Debian / Ubuntu RHEL / CentOS) : Ability to provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux-related issues.
- Microsoft : Experience administering Windows Server Operating Systems including Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, SCCM, SQL, DHCP, and DNS. Experience in vulnerability management and remediation of Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Infrastructure : Knowledge of Storage Area Networks (SAN) and networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, VPN, etc.). Ability to understand and administer hypervisor environments (VMware, ESXi, Proxmox).
- Cloud Administration : Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS environments.
