Position Description:
Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated and optimistic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruitment tools and strategies to attract skilled government contracting professionals for current and future opportunities nationwide and overseas.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure skills and experience align with current needs.
- Prepare candidate profiles for client presentation and maintain clear, ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and nurture relationships within the veteran and military communities to support recruitment efforts and provide exceptional service to those who have served.
- Collaborate with industry partners to obtain candidate referrals and expand networks.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage and update the companys candidate database efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or Information Technology
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to connect with diverse individuals and personality types.
- Ability to build relationships and influence candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior military experience or familiarity with veteran communities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exposure to online recruitment systems and tools.
- Familiarity with both online and offline recruiting techniques.
- Basic knowledge of search logic and talent sourcing strategies.
