Youll work closely with our sales and design team to translate creative visions into precise estimates that drive project success.

The Quiet Village team works with clients to identify exactly what theyre looking for, from low-maintenance lawns to bountiful and beautiful gardens. Projects begin with a team of landscape designers, builders and gardeners who prioritize eco-friendly practices.

Skill Set & Educational Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years in estimating, landscape design, or a related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Experience reading and interpreting landscape plans and construction documents
- Proficiency with estimating software, Excel, and Google Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborate with designers and sales team to develop accurate cost estimates for landscape projects
- Research and source materials, labor rates, and vendor pricing
- Prepare detailed estimate reports and project budgets
- Update and maintain pricing databases and estimation templates
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed
- Assist with value engineering solutions and budget alignment
- Ability to conduct site visits and measurements in varying weather conditions
- Extended periods of sitting for desk work
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
