Salary: $75k-$115k OTE
Uncapped Sales Opportunity for An Awesome Sales Professional - Plenty of Coffee Included!
You must have prior success selling to high-end B2C buyers. Experience selling home remodeling, pools, customer home builders, or premium audio systems for homes is a plus. The ideal candidate has sold custom outdoor living spaces to affluent homeowners.
You must be able to turn a clients dream into a backyard oasis. You can turn prospects into raving fans and maintain a full suite of outdoor services. You are a great communicator and closer.
You must sell value to homeowners who have a passion for outdoor living and want to partner with a team to transform their exterior space into a new outdoor oasis. Selling value means you are rarely at the lowest price in a competitive environment. You can differentiate yourself and our services with ease.
The successful candidate must be great at managing and closing a consistent flow of inbound qualified leads. Hunting for new business is minimal. You are brilliant at closing complex, high-dollar projects.
Our successful sales reps can prioritize new leads, follow up with buyers, and maintain a very short sales cycle. You excel at growing the business through introductions from our clients and their jealous neighbors.

We need you to be earning total compensation of $115,000 within 12-months.
