Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital art and design, with proficiency in various design software and tools. This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for a range of projects, including marketing materials, digital content, and signage. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all designs align with brand standards and effectively communicate our message to the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design engaging graphics for print and digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to create visual content that meets project objectives.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and other design software to produce high-quality visuals.
- Create typography layouts and sketches that effectively convey the intended message.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital art.
- Assist in the production of signage and other materials related to sign manufacturing.
- Utilize HTML and JavaScript skills for web-related design tasks when necessary.
- Work with content management systems to upload and manage digital assets.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects) is essential.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience in digital art creation and familiarity with sign manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to sketch concepts effectively to communicate ideas visually.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required for consideration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
