Our Professional Structured Training Program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully manage the day-to-day responsibilities of running an EG America convenience store location. You will work closely with experienced leaders and trainees to develop your leadership skills and gain valuable industry insights.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Store Manager in building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
- Monitoring product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure our guests always have what they need.
- Overseeing quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations that offer hot food.
- Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the store.
- Operating the cash register efficiently and providing excellent customer service.
