What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Professional - Tech Products position at Quill?
At Quill, we're committed to helping our customers thrive by offering the right products and services at the right value. As an Inside Sales Specialist for Technology, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
You'll work closely with our sales teams and internal business units to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our customers' unique needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and persuasion skills, be self-motivated, and have excellent time management and organizational skills.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Drive high conversion rates within approved margin guidelines.
- Support our most valuable customers by partnering with Account Managers and Key Account Managers (up to $5M accounts) to secure one-time and recurring projects.
- Manage multiple lead channels from hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Quill's specialized product offerings, pricing, and solutions.
- Maintain opportunity pipeline through company CRM and adhere to Pipeline SOP to ensure all opportunities are contacted and worked on appropriately.
- Collaborate and partner with multiple channels, e.g., sales team, merchants, and vendors.
- Effectively educate customers on appropriate Quill.com features and benefits based on category.
- Successfully increase net sales/grow share of wallet by consolidating business from other vendors and developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and their affiliated sites.
