What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Quinn's Hot Springs?
The Night Auditor works with the Guest Services team and is primarily responsible for the night closing procedures of the resort. This is a full time, night position, typically (3) shifts or 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and one 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift (4 shifts total) Great schedule!
Will train during the day for approximately the first month, then transition to nights.
This position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and strong computer skills.
Responsibilities can include:
- Answering calls from lodging guests and checking/responding to voicemail left for the front desk.
- Verifying dinner reservations for the following night, passing along any follow-ups to the AM front desk staff.
- Validating upcoming event logs and reservations.
- Going through the Gift Card Records and verifying all transactions for the business day, both sales and redemptions.
- Addressing the Audit Error Report.
- Troubleshooting reservations, identifying corrections,
- Preparing paperwork for incoming guests and encode the OQMATE portion of wristbands.
- Communicate regularly with dayshift workers via E-mail.
- Work with security as needed for any incidents. May need to respond to guests needs individually if security is not available.
- Vacuum the gift shop, dusting the lobby area, dumping trash, keeping the front desk area clean.
- Stocking the complimentary coffee bar, preparing coffee for the day prior to the end of your shift.
- Stocking the drink cooler in the lobby as well as the ice freezer.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements include:
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in Simphony preferred
- Past experience in a similar role
