Your Role: Law Clerk
Responsibilities
As a Law Clerk at QPWB, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with various litigation tasks, including but not limited to:
πΉ Legal Document Preparation: Draft pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
πΉ Case Analysis & Research: Review and summarize case files, medical records, and discovery responses.
πΉ Deposition & Trial Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.
πΉ Expert & Witness Coordination: Liaise with experts and witnesses to schedule/co-coordinate appearances.
πΉ Legal Research & Writing: Conduct preliminary legal research and draft legal memoranda.
πΉ Other Litigation Support: Perform additional legal and administrative tasks as needed.

What You Bring
βοΈ Education & Experience
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Strong academic background with an interest in litigation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with legal research tools and document management systems.
