CLASSIFICATION : Exempt
SUMMARY OBJECTIVE
The Sales Leader is responsible for leading the Sales Team to achieve annual Sales Goals, targeted Gross Profit % and uphold our Core Values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Own and be accountable for the Sales Performance at our company.
- Lead the Sales Team to achieve annual Sales Goal, targeted Gross Profit % and Performance Metrics.
- Develop and implement the Carow Sales Strategy.
- Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable (LMA) sales team members.
- Represent the Sales function on our Leadership Team and collaborate across departments as needed.
- Develop a high-performing sales team.
- Recruit, hire and manage onboarding of new Sales Team members.
- Develop, document, implement, update, and manage the training of sales processes and work instructions.
- Conduct customer visits with sales representatives to evaluate performance and customer relationships.
- Develop Sales Channels as needed according to strategic plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing to leverage strategies, initiatives, and implementations.
- Create Sales Forecasts, Budgets and Travel Plans as needed for company planning.
Education and Experience : To excel in this role, you should have :
Proficiency with CRM systems and technology platforms that drive efficiency.Bachelor's degree desired. Additional B2B Sales Training is a plus.
