This is an office-based position located in the Tampa Bay area.Job Summary : The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise resource planning (ERP), network management, and strategic guidance. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the company’s IT systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance. They will also play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction to align the technology initiatives with the overall business objectives.Responsibilities : Lead and manage the IT support staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, ensuring its effective integration with other business systems and processes.Develop and execute strategic IT plans, in collaboration with key stakeholders, to support the organization's goals and objectives.Oversee the responsibilities, including vendor management, for infrastructure & network management, security, and data management.Ensure the security and integrity of the company’s IT systems by implementing and enforcing best practices and policies.Identify and recommend new technologies and solutions that can improve overall performance, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services within budgetary constraints.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.As part of the management team, communicate to executive management technology-related updates, challenges, and opportunities.Position Requirements : BA / BS in computer science, information systems, or related field experience.Broad understanding of IT Systems used in commercial business applications.Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a similar position of responsibility.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with teammates, management, customers, and vendors.A proven track record of leading technology initiatives, managing staff, collaborating with business leaders, and being able to work in complex environments.Compensation commensurate with experience.
