- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Quirch Foods’ business objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors to ensure effective execution of operational plans and goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality and delivery performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to streamline operations and meet customer demands.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior operations management roles within the food industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organizational change.
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
