Your New Role
The office clerk in this position is an integral member of our firm and is responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly. This position takes charge of all documents coming in and going out of the office. It is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail. Our firm has a team culture, and we take the development of all staff members seriously. You must be a team player and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
RequirementsTo be considered for the position, the candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Able to think on your own and creatively problem solve to find solutions.
- Detail oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Language required: English, but if you speak Spanish, it's a plus
