- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Support office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in various administrative functions as needed, acting as a personal assistant to senior staff when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment or similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
