We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager who’s excited to dive into the early-stage startup world, help us build exceptional relationships with our customers, and ensure their success with our platform.
About the Role
As our Customer Success Manager / AI Enablement Lead, you will be at the forefront of our customer relationships, working directly with insurance professionals at leading companies. You’ll wear multiple hats, acting as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and product champion. Your mission will be to ensure our customers achieve their goals using our platform, help drive adoption, and turn satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates.
Many of our customers are also using AI tools for the first time, and part of our value is helping them understand how to incorporate these tools into their workflows effectively. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, trainer, and advocate, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes and feel confident using both our platform and AI in general. This is a unique opportunity to join as an early team member and grow with us as we scale. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and excited about contributing to all facets of the customer journey.
What You’ll Do
Customer Success & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure adoption, success, and satisfaction with our platform.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to assess customer health and identify opportunities for improvement.
