Responsibilities
- Oversee the global IT infrastructure and system administration team
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, with a focus on quality, metrics and effective communication within the team and with other departments
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Quorum’s infrastructure and systems to ensure scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee the administration and configuration of OKTA and Azure managing user access, permissions, and SSO integration for applications
- Administer Intune to manage and secure company devices, implementing policies, applications, and configurations for endpoint management.
- Oversee team activities for Intune configuration, including device enrollment, policy updates, and compliance monitoring.
- Coordinate or lead projects of moderate technical complexity ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with industry standards to protect sensitive data
- Provide top-tier support for all IT-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime
- Be actively involved in hands-on tasks related to infrastructure and IT service desk escalations, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support when necessary
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Oversee and track IT assets, including hardware and software licenses. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance system performance
- Implement monitoring tools and metrics to track infrastructure performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, RHEL, Azure, Okta) are beneficial.
- Minimum 10 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience, with 5-7 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with Windows & Linux OS, VMware, Hyper-V, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting
- Experience with asset management, IT security, and systems hardening.
- Proven experience in managing SSO configurations, MDM and automation processes
- Willingness and ability to be hands-on, working closely with the team on technical tasks and providing direct support
- Proven track record of managing global teams, developing talent, and creating high-performing teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and assess their applicability to the organization.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with vendor management, procurement, inventory management
- The ideal candidate will convey critical thinking skills and the ability to work alongside a team effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, or PowerShell.
