">Job Summary:

">Main Responsibilities:

- Manage and implement HR and EHS policies, procedures, and programs for the facility. ">
- Support the overall development and compliance of HR functions, including recruitment, staff management, and training. ">
- E nsure health, safety, and environmental practices at the site are aligned with regulatory requirements and corporate standards. ">
- Foster a safety-first culture by leading safety initiatives and promoting continuous improvement. ">
Required Qualifications:
">- ">
- Bachelor's Degree required. ">
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, including a minimum of three years in conflict/emergency locations. ">
- At least 5 years of experience supporting mill/plant-wide EHS initiatives. ">
- Hazmat operator's certification (40 hours) and First Aid are a plus. ">
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred. ">
- MS Office Suite Experience; HRIS system experience. ">
