Our Product Manager, plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include the creation of a Software as a Service (SaaS) product from its initial conception to its launch and beyond. These duties include defining the product vision, evaluating market conditions, identifying and prioritizing functional requirements, developing a roadmap, collaborating with customers and with the development team to refine and validate requirements, clarifying customer benefits, tracking usage metrics and customer satisfaction, maintaining and improving the product over time based on customer feedback and market signals. The Product Manager is the main point of contact between different departments and is ultimately responsible for the commercial success of the product. This is a hybrid position located in the Minneapolis / Twin Cities office.
What the Product Manager Does Each Day:
- Evaluates the market and product opportunities, and then creates a strategy to achieve the product's goals
- Understands the potential value of the product to customers, especially the financial benefits that will help customers justify the purchase of the product
- Creates a plan for the product that includes key features, milestones, and KPIs
- Collaborates with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and to create user-friendly interfaces
- Balances inevitable tradeoffs between robust software features vs timely software releases
- Shares relevant information with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders
- Brings new team members up to speed on the product
- Establishes and tracks metrics to measure the product's adoption and growth
- Analyzes customer feedback and data to identify strengths and weaknesses, and then works with teams to improve the product
- Defines product requirements based on insights from market research, knowledge of customer buying behavior, and customer feedback
- Establishes strategies for product pricing and positioning
- Assists with product launches and marketing campaigns
- Conducts competitor research to learn more about customers’ needs
- Performs profit analysis and forecasting to develop or improve product marketing strategies
- Practices discretion and maintains confidentiality consistent with QuVa policies.

Minimum Requirements for this Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or management information systems
- 5 years of relevant product management experience in SaaS and/or other software solutions (especially for Healthcare or Pharmaceutical customers) with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Ability to create strong user-centered consumer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, collaboration, and empowerment of others
- Experience in business strategy and roadmap development, including identification, prioritization, business case development, and product backlog building
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; QuVa will not sponsor applicants for work visas
