We are a live social shopping company that redefines the shopping experience through video-driven commerce on every screen, from smartphones and tablets to laptops and TVs. QVC Group brings products, compelling content, and unforgettable moments to millions of shoppers worldwide through social platforms, streaming apps, ecommerce sites and TV channels, making every screen a doorway to discovery, delight and community.
The Opportunity
- Every screen is a doorway to discovery, community, and delight. And every role on this team helps shape what's next. We're building something new—not just in what we do, but in how we do it. The Commercialization team connects strategy, content, and commerce.

You'll build the connective tissue between content and commerce, ensuring every product featured within our content is placed with intention, positioned for performance, and primed to increase sales, margin, and viewer retention. The Sr Commercialization Strategist drives total sales and viewer growth by developing content strategies, curating and optimizing merchandise within content (show builds and VOD assets) while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Producers, Buyers, Programming, and Marketing.

- Assess strategy performance by analyzing KPIs; make agile adjustments to maximize results and improve.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to build tools and dashboards that give real-time insights to the commercial team, ensuring smarter decisions and strategy refinement.

- Facilitate workshops and provide actionable insights to help teams improve content assignments and improve execution.
- Lead prioritization and execution of reviews to promote alignment and successful outcomes across Merchandising, Content, Programming, and Marketing.
