The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer - QVC, the Director Digital Strategy & Innovation Director, will be accountable for leading platform strategy and creation of the next generation QVC digital experience, including the Omni-channel experience and strategy. You will develop and represent digital strategy for short-term and long-term roadmap of digital experience and platform evolution. Director Strategy will contribute to the ecommerce global Center of Excellence ensuring US best practices and learnings are shared globally across all markets.

The Director role will lead new digital strategies and opportunities, drive change and innovation within the digital organization.
Your Impact
Develop vision for next generation experience on QVC’s digital platforms, focusing on video-driven commerce, identifying key enablers/platform capabilities.
Lead cross-functional team dedicated to Digital Experience/Next Generation short & long-term roadmaps.
Partner with broader Ecommerce Team, IT, Site Optimization, etc. on future work prioritization, scope, testing and resources.
Develop the content strategy for video and Livestreaming on the Digital platforms and own the programming.
Review and analyze metrics, apply learnings to iterate and improve customer experience and sales results.
Work with Chief Digital Officer and other key stakeholders to develop key strategies designed to improve our business and the customer experience
Collaboratively develop an Omni-channel strategy with our Broadcast, Merchandising, and Brand Marketing teams.
Help develop global Center of Excellence work for the US, including but not limited to Digital Commerce Playbooks
Partner on e-commerce strategy (All Play/Category) and execution of new marketing ideas, partnerships and key strategic initiatives.
Oversee e-commerce content aggregation, development and prioritization across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement and positive customer behavior.
What You Bring
BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience required.
10 plus years’ experience in Commerce/digital marketing experience or Digital product Management.
Demonstrated experience in Video/Multimedia Program Management.
Visionary in digital space. Ability to think strategically and lead cross functional, critical corporate business initiatives.
Thought leader and up to date with industry development and trends.
Ability to positively influence and develop consensus with teams and team members of all levels, not in a direct report alignment.
