Job Overview :
We're looking for a focused and energetic Front Desk / Administrative Support - Bilingual for our CPA firm client. The ideal candidate must be a multi-tasker, speak both English & Spanish fluently and has a can-do attitude. Prior administrative support experience in a CPA firm setting is a plus! Must possess General Office, Computer, and Telephone Skills; be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent communication skills are required to interact with clients, contacts and employees. Must be able to oversee large amounts of emails and handle appropriate follow-through. Provide administrative support to Partners as well as other staff members. Attention to detail and accuracy are also required. The selected candidate must have excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions. To be familiar with property management tasks / software is required. Maintain records in software systems as well as meeting rooms & offices. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls. Have the ability to organize work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Filing / scan filing, office errands, data entry, ordering / stocking office supplies, incoming / outgoing mail handling (USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.). Other duties as assigned.
