Job Overview :
We are looking for a vibrant, passionate Staffing Business Development Director to join our team! Responsibilities include creating and overseeing commercial revenue generating activities for Qwalifize's products and services. Procure new opportunities for the company, enter and manage leads, performing calls to potential clients, entering opportunities within CRM, facilitate diligent follow-up calls and emails, close opportunities, and will perform other duties as assigned. A successful candidate is disciplined and focused whether working autonomously or onsite around our team. Candidates must enjoy meeting with potential clients face-to-face, be influential, understand addressing workforce needs, works with a sense of urgency and is ethical and uses discernment when making decisions that are positively impactful in the short and long-term. We are looking for this person to make a visible impact of growth within the first three months by utilizing our tools, resources, their creative abilities, and past sales leadership experiences to build and maintain new accounts for the company. This role will be cross trained in government contracting business development with successful performance in addition to having a great career path full of growth.
