About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to oversee the operational performance and efficiency across multiple locations within our QSR pizza concept. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of our brand standards, driving operational excellence, managing large teams, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.
Overseeing 3 District managers and 13 units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive performance improvements across all locations. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Multi-unit Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-unit portfolio, ensuring operational consistency, quality control, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, P&L statements, and operational costs to ensure that all locations meet or exceed financial targets. Identify and implement strategies to improve profitability, reduce waste, and control expenses.
- Team Development & Leadership: Lead and mentor regional and district managers to ensure effective leadership at each location. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing training, development opportunities, and support to management teams.
- Quality Control & Standards: Maintain brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness across all locations. Conduct regular operational audits and provide actionable feedback to ensure consistent execution of brand guidelines.
- Customer Satisfaction & Experience: Oversee initiatives to improve customer service and drive customer satisfaction at all locations. Address escalated customer concerns and ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, technology integration, and process enhancements to increase efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all locations are compliant with health, safety, and labor regulations. Oversee food safety, sanitation, and employee safety programs to minimize risk and ensure operational compliance.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all locations and provide regular reports to senior leadership on performance, opportunities, and challenges. Use data to drive decision-making and operational adjustments.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to implement new programs, initiatives, and campaigns that align with operational goals.
Qualifications:
- industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, profitability, and managing large teams.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with process improvement, operational audits, and ensuring brand compliance across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of labor laws, food safety regulations, and health compliance.
- Ability to travel to different locations as needed.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
