Marketing Communications Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling, on-brand content for digital platforms (social media, website, email) that aligns with organizational goals and engages our audience.
- Campaign Management: Lead marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with the brand’s objectives and mission.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee email marketing, social media channels, and website content management to drive online engagement.
- Design & Creative Assets: Utilize design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and others to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (Google Analytics, SEO, digital engagement) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Event Support: Coordinate marketing efforts for trade shows and events, with some required travel.
- Media Relations: Draft press releases and other media materials to support PR initiatives.
Marketing Communications Manager Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar marketing or communications role.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create engaging, mission-driven content.
