If you are looking for a great opportunity in the Neenah, Wisconsin area, we are currently adding a Warehouse Manager to our afternoon team.
The Warehouse Manager works with our office and warehouse staff, and delivery teams to ensure the consumer has the best possible final mile experience through the following responsibilities.
- Support daily operations and workflow processes.
- Manage multiple teams of dedicated carrier delivery drivers in addition to office staff
- Ensure operations is performing efficiently and meeting customer expectations
- Drive KPI's and promote the vision of RAS
- Resolve operational issues in an efficient, fair and expeditious manner
- Must be available evenings and weekends
Final mile experience is preferred but not required for a candidate with strong customer service and team building skills.
