Farm Hand Position
Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities
R and J Cattle Company is hiring! We're looking for a reliable and hardworking farm hand to join our team. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or part-time hours, we have a place for you on our ranch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain farm equipment, including skid steers, tractors, pickups, and semis.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Build and repair fencing.
- Care for and work with livestock, including driving, feeding, and handling cattle.
- Assist with planting, fertilizing, spraying pastures, and brush hogging.
- Carry out other tasks as needed to keep the farm running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with livestock and farm equipment is required.
- A Class A CDL is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Mechanic experience is a bonus.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, with weekend work available if desired.
