Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate records for financial transactions.
- Assist in general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
- Utilize financial software such as Xero and Sage for data entry and reporting.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all employee records are up to date.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor communications.
- Conduct 10 key typing for data entry tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Support the finance team with various financial concepts and reporting requirements.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval of information.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
