In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives, ensuring safe working conditions, and monitoring and improving material management, scrap reduction, and labor productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production reviews to discuss safety issues, customer quality concerns, and delivery issues
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with functional managers to ensure clear expectations and roles and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Operations, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in production supervision or operations management
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and principles
