Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in the Greater Washington / Baltimore Area. The Branch Manager will help drive sales from local customers, oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include calling on potential customers, supervising and training employees, managing inventory, and implementing sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Management and leadership skills, including staff supervision and training
- Knowledge of plumbing, and/or HVAC
- Sales and customer service skills
- Inventory management and vendor relationship skills
- Financial management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the distribution industry is a plus
