We have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Ellsworth Energy Services office.
We are looking for a personable, energetic individual to assist customers with questions and to resolve problems accurately and efficiently. This role will be responsible for providing excellent frontline customer service and referring issues to the supervisor, as necessary to fully resolve.
Responsibilities:
- Greets customers and/or visitors and directs to the appropriate person or department.
- Speaks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, discontinuance, or change in service.
- Sets up and maintains current information in the customer master file.
- Logs product orders for delivery dispatch.
- Fills out contract forms and determines charges for service requested.
- Posts payments to customer accounts (branch-specific).
- Solicits sale of new or additional services.
- Researches any problems relative to customer accounts receivable.
- Addresses complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Qualifications:

- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
