We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to assist in leading all aspects of our business for local landmark Tri City Pizza. You will deliver high-quality products and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

Organize, schedule (via scheduling software), and supervise shifts

Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

Follows Good Food Handling Practices and Preparation in accordance with Tri City® guidelines.

Understands how to accept deliveries to include; verifying order to invoice and checking product quality.

Ensures product handling meets Tri City® standards to include Date Coding, Labeling, Rotating, Handling and Storage.

Understands how to track information via handheld or paper processing to include: inventory adjustments, temperature monitoring, processing daily production tracking, daily cleaning, etc.

Consistently performs to all food safety, cleaning and sanitation procedures as outlined in Tri City® Food Manual to include the use of temperature charts, thermometers, gloves, etc., with only approved products.

Follows Tri City® standards for overall kitchen appearance, cleanliness and organization to include, but not limited to, personal uniform standards, equipment cleanliness and proper execution of cleaning schedules.

Prepares, cooks, & packages all food products in accordance with Tri City® specifications.
Skills
-
Proven work experience in an assistant management or similar role in the restaurant, quick service, or hospitality industries

Proven customer service experience as a assistant manager

Food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills

Financial management skills a plus
- Familiarity with scheduling software a plus
- Formal education in hospitality or culinary schooling is a plus
License/Certification:
- ServSafe Certified (Preferred)

Valid Maine Driver's License
