State Farm Agency, located in Baton Rouge, LA is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.

1. Must have an active Property and Casualty Insurance license

3. Must have the ability to commute to our Baton Rouge, LA office location, this is an in-office position.

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Answer phones and greet clients
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
