Collections Specialist, starting $16 - $18 hr
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8am – 5pm
Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment

RL Carriers has an immediate need for a remote Collections Credit Analyst.
Responsibilities will include:
- Review multiple billing queues to determine credit, authorize collect shipments and identify necessary billing changes
- Coordinate necessary billing changes with Corrections
- Communicate with internal and external contacts for resolution assistance as needed
- Taking driver and customer calls
- Taking credit card payments
- Answering phones
- Other Duties as assigned
