Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts

Job Summary = Will oversee their designated Region to control Safety, Labor, Quality, Service and the overall moral of our employees for the betterment of R L Carriers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Speak to SCM’s and others daily to cover operational / employee issues or concerns. Assign accountability when and where necessary.
- Review emails, reporting, and POAs on a daily basis
- Continuously work with their Team to come up with POA’s to better the Terminal / Company.
- Review Safety Concerns, Labor reports, Staffing, Quality and Service numbers to ensure their terminals are meeting set goals.
- Hold SCMs accountable for organization and cleanliness of their Terminals.
Preferred Qualifications/Education/Experience:
- Experience in the LTL industry
- Proficient with computers and various program
- Able to perform in a fast paced environment
- Problem solver
- Good communication skills

- Strong leader with good commination skills
- Computer literate
- Capable of managing people
- Good follow up skills with the ability to assign Accountability
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick operational decisions
