R L Carriers has an immediate opportunity for a Workers' Compensation/Injury Recovery Specialist in our Wilmington, OH. service center. The Workers' Compensation/Injury Recovery Specialist coordinates the monitoring and administration of the workers’ compensation program nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Claim data entry
- Maintaining timely investigations
- Employee outreach
- Collaborating with interdepartmental personnel and leadership.
- Communication with professional resources, such as attorneys, managers and health care providers; working with third party administrators to coordinate claim allowance, treatment, and financials
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate with an intermediate level of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Prior experience in worker’s compensation, law office or paralegal preferred.
- Must be professional, positive, energetic and have excellent attendance.
- Must have excellent time management skills and able to prioritize work on a daily basis.
- Must be willing to perform a wide variety of tasks and alter schedule as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality.
