What are the responsibilities and job description for the UKG Pro Workforce Management Administrator position at R+L Carriers?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide functional support, technical design, configuration, and testing of the UKG Pro WFM SaaS environment.
- Provide functional support, technical design, configuration, and testing of on premise Kronos Workforce Central environment.
- Acts as primary contact for configuration, and troubleshooting of UKG Pro WFM 9000 / 9100 / DX time clocks
- Provide UKG Pro WFM & Kronos Workforce Central implementation support & technical guidance
- Collaborate with R L UKG leadership team to capture business requirements, and translate that to solutions within UKG Pro WFM
- Works with complex workflows demonstrating knowledge of integrated applications and problem analysis to provide system solutions for organizational needs
- Manage small to medium-sized assigned projects with minimal supervision
- Provide assistance with system maintenance, upgrade and implementations.
- Relay technical details to non-technical business users.
- Evaluate, and monitor system utilization and performance. Participate in system optimization
- Lead UKG administration team designing, and implementing integrations with UKG Pro WFM
- Work within a team of UKG Pro WFM Administrators
- Participate in an on call rotation within the R L UKG Pro WFM team

Education :
Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience
