What You’ll Do:
Account Management
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and deepen customer relationships across various market segments.
• Build strong partnerships by engaging with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels within assigned accounts.
• Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including pricing, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and issue resolution to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales activity, forecasts, market trends, and customer data using CRM tools to drive informed business decisions.
Sales Strategy and Market Expansion
• Utilize advanced sales techniques to present R&L Spring’s technical capabilities and value propositions.
• Leverage product and market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
• Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and onsite customer training sessions.
• Partner with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Quotations and Contract Management
• Lead the quotation process in collaboration with the customer service team, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Review and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and negotiating favorable renewals.
• Proactively monitor contract timelines to maximize opportunities and profitability.
Collaboration and Communication
• Cultivate positive working relationships across all departments and with external partners.
• Communicate effectively, clearly, and respectfully to drive alignment and achieve common goals.

What You Bring:
Skills and Expertise
• Proven ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of four years of direct sales or account management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in strategic selling is a plus.
Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
