Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and deepen customer relationships across various market segments.
- Build strong partnerships by engaging with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels within assigned accounts.
- Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including pricing, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and issue resolution to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales activity, forecasts, market trends, and customer data using CRM tools to drive informed business decisions.
Sales Strategy and Market Expansion:
- Utilize advanced sales techniques to present R&L Spring's technical capabilities and value propositions.
- Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and onsite customer training sessions.
- Partner with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Quotations and Contract Management:
- Lead the quotation process in collaboration with the customer service team, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Review and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and negotiating favorable renewals.
- Proactively monitor contract timelines to maximize opportunities and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record in B2B sales.
- Exceptional communication skills for delivering presentations, writing reports, and influencing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and blueprint reading.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of four years of direct sales or account management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
