Drywall Foreman

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detailed oriented and experienced drywall foreman to join our growing team.

We are looking for a skilled, proactive, motivated and experienced Drywall Foreman to manage and coordinate all aspects of drywall installation and finishing on diverse construction projects across the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction drawings, regulations, and specifications, and have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and manage all drywall operations on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

* Interpret and accurately implement construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.

*Ability to perform construction layouts (control lines, walls, ceilings, DFH, etc)

* Coordinate and supervise drywall crews, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.

* Monitor and manage material and equipment inventory and procurement/deliveries.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and OSHA safety standards.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

* Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.

* Utilize construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk, and Raken for project tracking and communication.

* Manage project budgets up to $6 million.

* Utilize clocking in/out apps for employee time management.

* Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

* Train and mentor drywall crew members.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Drywall Foreman. Advanced knowledge of drywall systems and techniques (interior/exterior metal framing, drywall/sheathing, acoustical ceilings, specialty ceilings, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Rough Carpentry, FRP, etc...)

* Proven experience in managing drywall operations on projects such as multi-family, interior renovations, retail, hospitality, educational, commercial, and industrial.

* Strong understanding of construction drawings, regulations, specifications, and submittals.

* Proficiency in using construction management software (Procore, Autodesk, Raken).

* Experience with clocking in/out apps.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

*Able to multitask, prioritize work and work well under pressure

*Maintain project schedules and a smooth project development

*Order and plan material deliveries

* OSHA certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).

* Equipment certifications (e.g., scissor lift, forklift).

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* Must be fluent in English, Spanish speaking is a plus

* Ability to manage projects with budgets up to $6 million.

* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

*Must have a team player, able to meet strict deadlines and work with minimal supervision

*Highly motivated and teachable attitude. Strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude

*Must be authorized to work in the US

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
