We are currently searching for a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team.
R&M Manufacturing was founded in 1968 to produce precision sheet metal components. With over 50 years providing excellence in sheet metal fabrication, R&M will assist with all sheet metal needs - from prototyping to production runs.

Our facility is open 7 days per week with 1st and 2nd shifts working Monday - Thursday and a Weekend shift on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
What is a Delivery Driver?
A delivery driver is responsible for transporting goods and packages from one location to another. They may drive a variety of vehicles, including vans, trucks, or specialized delivery vehicles. Shipping drivers are tasked with ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in good condition, while also providing excellent customer service. They must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift heavy packages.
In this role, you will:
Safely operate trucks for deliveries
Loading and unloading of materials in trucks
Ensure deliveries are accurate and on time to customers
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any issues encountered
To succeed in this role, you must:
Have experience driving a straight truck
Have a CDL Class B and clean driving record
Have experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts or dump trucks
Have the ability to safely load and unload materials using appropriate equipment
Have excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of deliveries
We are seeking a team player who is reliable and punctual and willing to commit to our fabrication team having fun while working safe and producing quality efficiently. We are also willing to train the correct individuals!

- CNC turret punches (20 to 35 tons)
- Lasers (Up to 4000 Watts 60x120 sheet size)
- CNC press brakes (45 to 185 tons)
- Punch presses (Progressive and Staged Tooling) (45 to 250 tons)
- Resistance welders (75 KVA to 250 KVA)
- Robotic Weld Cell
- Tig, Mig, Plasma and Pulse Arc welding
