Job Responsibilities: Logistics Network Specialist
- Route and schedule appointments for freight forwarding, and communicate any delays with shipments to customers.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries on quotes, shipments and order updates.
- Track and trace shipments.
- Occasionally going out to the warehouse to confirm details on freight.
- Verify tracking information provided by customers and enter data into our system.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am start time, average shift 8.5-10.5 hours.
Required Skills
- Experience in freight forwarding preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with solid verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- High school diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
