R&P is looking for a motivated Journeyman DoD Acquisition Program Analyst with Logistics, Product Support, and Production experience who wants to join our team supporting the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program Office in Washington, D.C. The CPS Program is rapidly developing and fielding hypersonic weapons capability for the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. We need a Program Analyst with Weapon System Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) or Product Support experience ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, on-site, and remote support to the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program Office, Director of Logistics and Production, in achieving CPS Program mission, goals, and objectives.
- Understand and comply with stringent Security procedures, protocols, and safeguards. You must hold and maintain a SECRET clearance.
- Provide acquisition program office and Integrated Product Support Management Team support with emphasis on weapon system sustainment planning, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Production, and Facilities management.
- Working Groups: Plan, prepare, facilitate, and document all aspects of Logistics and Production working groups to include CONOPS, Requirements, ILS, Technical Manual, Training & Development, Reliability, CDRL, Transportation, Missile Canister & Advanced Payload Module Interface, INCO, and Mission Readiness Assessment working groups.
- IPTs: Plan, prepare, facilitate, and document all aspects of Logistics and Production working IPTs to include Integrated Product Support, Sustainment, Logistics Product Data (LPD)
- Program Manager and Program Reviews: Create and maintain Program Manager Review Briefing Templates and briefs. Coordinate and prepare Logistics and Production Branch briefing updates for Program Manager Reviews.
- Technical Interchange and Design Reviews: Plan, participate, and document all aspects of program meetings, milestones, technical interchange and design reviews.
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS): Develop and maintain logistics and production inputs to the Program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Configuration Management: Develop and maintain CPS Program Configuration Management Documents.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Develop and maintain Logistics and Production Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) inputs and provide updates during meetings.
- Contract Deliverable Processes: Develop and maintain Prime Contractor CDRL strategy, CDRL procedures, process and workflow, CDRL reviews, CDRL training, and CDRL tracking.
- Contract Deliverable Reviews: Conduct detailed logistics related CDRL reviews such as Technical Manuals, Training Support Documents, and Human Engineering Design.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on significant issues and actions.
- Periodic travel to various locations in support of CPS requirements may be required (less than 5%).
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of DoD acquisition program experience is preferred, but an Associates Degree or high school diploma and at least 10 years professional experience performing logistics or product support work for DoD is acceptable.
- Preferred: Experience with DoD weapon system Integrated Product Support and logistics product development to include: Reliability Analysis, provisioning, support equipment, technical manuals, computer resources and training.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
- DoD SECRET security clearance is required.
