Job Description
- Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met
- Maintain positive and effective relationships with employees. Direct employees to the appropriate manager regarding policy questions
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standard, policies and procedures. Report any problems, potential problems, hazardous situations to management
- Inspect products and / or shipments to verify conformance to specifications
- Review and approve production samples, and / or shipments as necessary
- Assist management with implementation of "Continuous Improvement" initiatives
- Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks
- When necessary, attend production meetings and / or confer with other departments to coordinate production activities
- Coordinate or perform training for new employees, contract workers, and / or guests to ensure safety, quality, and production requirements are understood

Available Shifts :
RRD's current salary range for this role is $39,520.00 to $54,080.00 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future.At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
