As a Residential New Construction HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in our team, installing HVAC systems in new homes to ensure comfort and efficiency for future residents. This position requires precision, dedication, and a safety-first approach to work. You will collaborate closely with other team members and departments to deliver exceptional results on every project
Requirements:
- Universal EPA
- Active O6A Electrical License or Trainee card
- Gas Mech 1 License
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Essential Functions:
- Install HVAC systems in new residential constructions according to specifications and standards.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and within project timelines.
- Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate installations.
- Conduct system tests and initializations to guarantee performance.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving installation processes and safety measures.
The selected candidate must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check (includes driving record), and drug test, as R&R Heating and A/C is a drug free workplace.
Salary Description:
$20-$24/Hourly DOE
